Between 2019 and 2021, Mr. Chang was an accounting associate at Pramex International, a French consulting firm operating in the U.S. He found it particularly interesting to observe how French businesses expanded into the U.S. market, noting the relative ease with which they established operations. Through interactions with state agencies, Mr. Chang recognized the favorable environment that the U.S. offers entrepreneurs and small business owners. Despite economic fluctuations, he has remained confident in the U.S. economy's resilience.

Among other notable positions, Mr. Chang advanced to the position of accounting associate at Pramex International after initially joining as a junior accounting associate. Mr. Chang's academic background began with a Bachelor of Business Administration from East China Jiaotong University in Nanchang and a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Troy University in Troy, Alabama, both earned in 2015. He soon after achieved a Master of Science in accounting from the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, in 2016 and a Master of Business Administration from Goldey-Beacom College in Wilmington, Delaware, in 2019.
