Mr. Bosch has built a distinguished career in real estate sales, brokerage leadership and professional coaching since entering the industry in 1993. Most recently, he served as the vice president of Pacific brokerage operations at LPT Realty, where he established and supervised all aspects of the firm's operations across six western U.S. states. This role marks a significant professional milestone, demonstrating his ability to develop organizational infrastructure and guide large-scale regional operations for a rapidly growing national brokerage.

Prior to joining LPT Realty, Mr. Bosch held the position of senior regional director of brokerage operations for the Western United States at eXp World Holdings, a publicly traded real estate firm. From 2020 to 2024, he oversaw 11 states and supported more than 20,000 agents across the region, playing an instrumental role in expanding the company's market presence and strengthening agent services and performance.

Mr. Bosch's earlier career includes two decades of successfully launching and leading independent and franchised real estate operations. Between 2000 and 2020, he founded and operated two separate California-based brokerages. His first venture in Norco, California, grew to 250 agents and was recognized by the Inland Journal as one of Riverside County's top 10 residential offices from 2006 to 2008. In 2010, he launched a Keller Williams franchise that grew from inception to more than 400 agents within five years and was recognized as the number one franchise in its region in units sold, sales volume and owner profit.

A passionate educator, Mr. Bosch has served as an adjunct professor at Victor Valley College since 2022, teaching California real estate law, practice and investment. His dedication to training also extends to his long-running real estate licensing school, through which he has trained and certified over 3,000 students since 2004, many of whom later joined the brokerages he built and led.

From 2012 to 2018, while operating his Keller Williams franchise, Mr. Bosch coached and facilitated the firm's nationally recognized BOLD program. He later expanded his coaching work through roles with Tom Ferry International and as an independent coach, conducting more than 12,500 private coaching calls over the course of his career. His additional training background includes four years as a certified Dale Carnegie facilitator and earlier work as an instructor with Superstar Real Estate School.

Before becoming a brokerage owner, Mr. Bosch served as president, vice president and general manager of Home Center Realty, Inc. (Coldwell Banker HCR) from 2002 to 2008, where he led the firm to become one of Riverside County's top 10 brokerages for three consecutive years. From 1998 to 2002, he expanded his corporate real estate expertise at Intown Management Group and Golden Feather Realty Services, supervising HUD-related contracts, acquisition operations, field appraisers and multi-office staff across 14 states.

Mr. Bosch's real estate foundation was built at Bankers Affiliated Mortgage, Inc./Golden State Mortgage Trust between 1993 and 1998, where he advanced from loan officer to branch manager. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a deep commitment to education, leadership development and operational excellence—attributes that continue to define his enduring impact on the real estate industry.

In addition to his professional roles, Mr. Bosch has been actively involved in various industry organizations. He served on the board of directors for Tri-Counties Association of REALTORS® from 2019 to 2020 and as a member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals®, California Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.

Mr. Bosch's academic achievements have been instrumental in shaping his professional journey. He earned a Master of Business Administration in leadership and management from the University of La Verne in 2014. He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in business administration and management from the University of Redlands in 2004 and received an Associate of Science in business from Victor Valley College in Victorville in 2000.

Complementing his formal degrees, Mr. Bosch holds several professional certifications, including licensed real estate broker credentials in California, Nevada and Tennessee. These qualifications have enabled him to operate across multiple markets while maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Mr. Bosch attributes his success to early exposure to professional coaching and a steadfast commitment to personal development. Influences such as mentors from the Mike Ferry Organization have shaped his mindset toward continuous improvement. Motivated by an opportunity that arose immediately after high school, when California did not require a diploma for licensure, Mr. Bosch made the decision to enter the real estate industry. Driven by the potential for leadership growth and long-term impact within the field, he began working at age 18, a choice that laid the foundation for his accomplished career.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Mr. Bosch has contributed significantly through civic engagement. He served on the board of directors for Desert Breezes Resort from 2019 to 2020 and was a member of the board for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals® in 2017. Additionally, he participated on the coaches leadership council for KW MAPS Coaching at Keller Williams Realty LLC from 2015 to 2016.

Mr. Bosch's accomplishments have been recognized through numerous awards, including a State Senate Plaque from the California State Senate in 2023 and the Black Belt in Recruiting designation from Keller Williams Realty International. He also led his office to be named the Most Profitable Office in the Region by Keller Williams Realty International from 2015 to 2019, and earned Top Ten Producing Broker honors in Riverside County from 2010 to 2012.
