Mr. Knapke, a native of Fort Wayne, has established himself as a leading expert in manufacturing talent acquisition, with a particular focus on supply chain and operations. Over the course of two decades, he has demonstrated exceptional skill and commitment to his profession, earning recognition for both his achievements and his dedication to service.

Currently serving as a senior talent acquisition partner at Allegion since 2022, Mr. Knapke is responsible for recruiting salaried positions across North America for more than 20 manufacturing plants and corporate sites. His role encompasses ensuring an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers, partnering with business leaders and human resources to develop effective recruitment strategies and maintaining clear communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle. He is adept at analyzing market trends to provide actionable insights to leadership, sourcing diverse talent pipelines for key functional areas and setting expectations that foster positive outcomes for all stakeholders.

Prior to joining Allegion, Mr. Knapke held the position of talent acquisition manager at Heartland Food Products Group in Indiana in 2022 after serving four years as a senior talent acquisition partner at Weston Foods. Between 2014 and 2018, he contributed to Manta Resources Inc. as a talent acquisition partner and business development professional, where he expanded client relationships and developed innovative sourcing strategies that supported business growth.

Mr. Knapke's early career was marked by remarkable accomplishments at Cutco Cutlery from 2005 to 2011. After starting as a salesperson in 2005, he quickly distinguished himself by earning seven promotions within eight weeks and attaining the title of senior field sales manager. That summer, he led sales performance in the Fort Wayne office—finishing first among more than 120 representatives—and subsequently managed his own branch office in Dayton at age twenty.

In this leadership role, he oversaw all aspects of hiring, negotiated lease agreements, managed advertising campaigns and built a staff of more than seventy-five representatives. Under his guidance, the office ranked second in a five-state region and twentieth nationwide out of more than 250 offices. During his tenure with Cutco Cutlery, he was twice honored with the President's Club Award.

Mr. Knapke's academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in sales and marketing from The University of Toledo, completed in 2009. He is also an active member of Kappa Delta Rho Fraternity. Beyond his education, he credits much of his perseverance and drive to the influence of his mother, Anne Knapke, who raised him and his two brothers after their parents' divorce when he was eight years old. Early work experiences—including delivering newspapers at age 10 and holding jobs at Pick and Save grocery store and the Van Wert City Parks Department during high school—instilled a strong work ethic that continues to define his approach today.

Additionally, Mr. Knapke attributes his achievements not only to determination but also to the unwavering support of his wife, Marissa, and the values instilled by his Catholic upbringing. Serving as an altar boy for 10 years reinforced principles of respect, gratitude and service, qualities that guide both his personal life and professional conduct.

Mr. Knapke's commitment to community service is evident through ongoing volunteer work with the Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana and Helping Veterans and Families (HVAF), where he serves as a food pantry volunteer. He is also involved with Habitat for Humanity International, the Ronald McDonald House, the American National Red Cross and Rotary International. Furthermore, he has participated in disaster relief efforts following a tornado in his hometown and regularly contributes to blood drives organized by the Red Cross.

Mr. Knapke's dedication has been recognized through numerous awards, including the RK Thompson Self-Reliance Award from Van Wert High School, first place in the Van Wert Rotary Speech Contest, third place in the District Rotary Speech Contest and a public speaking award from Van Wert High School.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Mr. Knapke enjoys traveling with his wife—sharing a tradition symbolized by their St. Christopher medal. He also takes time to snowboard, work out and spend time with family alongside their two rescue pit-mix dogs.

Looking ahead, Mr. Knapke plans to launch an independent business focused on recruitment services and financial empowerment while continuing to advance within Allegion into new areas such as talent acquisition management or mergers and acquisitions work. He also intends to pursue further education through an MBA program supported by Allegion's tuition reimbursement benefit, remaining committed to personal growth and professional excellence without complacency.
