Since 2022, he has served as Multi-Unit food and beverage manager for HMSHost by Avolta, where he is responsible for coaching managers, overseeing several restaurants and maintaining a strong presence at the airport to support his team. Initially managing six locations, Mr. Abdelfattah currently operates three after a contract with the airport was not renewed, allowing other companies to enter the market. His portfolio has included two Starbucks locations, 42nd Oyster Street Bar, Whiskey River, Popeyes and oversight of the American Airlines Admiral Club. In this capacity, he has demonstrated expertise in understanding airport logistics and providing accessible guidance to managers.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Abdelfattah served as Director of Operations for Neomonde Mediterranean New World Concepts, LLC, from 2021 to 2022. He managed three restaurant locations and a catering business, implementing a centralized food preparation system that streamlined operations and improved efficiency for a scratch-kitchen-style Middle Eastern concept under private ownership.

From 2016 to 2021, Mr. Abdelfattah served as Director of Operations at Jasmin Mediterranean Bistro, now known as Jasmin & Olivz Mediterranean. There, he assisted a private owner in managing four restaurants by introducing operational structure, developing cost parameters and enhancing efficiency to support business growth.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Abdelfattah served as District Manager for Pizza Hut from 2014 to 2015. He was responsible for overseeing multiple units and ensuring consistent performance across locations.

Between 2001 and 2013, he worked as a District Manager for a Yum! Brands' franchisee operating Taco Bell and Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurants and dual brand restaurants. In this role, he managed several stores within the franchise network, focusing on operational standards and team development.

Mr. Abdelfattah began his management journey with Arby's Restaurant Group, Inc., serving as an Area Supervisor from 1994 to 2001. His entry into Arby's followed a pivotal decision early in his career when he transitioned from the hotel industry—where he had advanced from waiter and bartender to assistant banquet manager and then restaurant manager—to pursue opportunities in quick-service restaurants. Despite holding a director-level position in hotels, he accepted an assistant manager role at Arby's due to his enthusiasm for the brand and its food offerings. After completing training, he was entrusted with managing a new location where he achieved notable success in sales and labor metrics.

Mr. Abdelfattah's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in business management from Shaw University in Raleigh, North Carolina, earned in 1987. He also holds an Associate of Science from Rogers State University in Claremore, Oklahoma, completed in 1983. His academic achievements have provided him with foundational knowledge in business principles and management strategies that have been instrumental throughout his career. He attributes his professional success to persistence and a results-driven mindset, qualities that have shaped his approach to leadership and team development. Mr. Abdelfattah emphasizes coaching his staff to adopt similar values, recognizing that practical training is essential for managing multiple units successfully.

In addition to his professional responsibilities, Mr. Abdelfattah is actively involved in civic initiatives through volunteer work at his local mosque. He contributes time and resources to youth programs and to families in need or new to the country. These efforts reflect his commitment to supporting community integration and well-being.

His dedication has been recognized with a multiple Service Awards, underscoring his long-term contributions to both his profession and community.

Outside of work, Mr. Abdelfattah enjoys swimming and horse riding. He is also devoted to his family life with four children.
