In this capacity, he was also responsible for mentoring project managers on effective bidding strategies, guiding them in client outreach and developing winning approaches to secure new business. His expertise in construction materials testing and contractor quality control has positioned him as a respected authority in the fields of soils, aggregates, concrete and asphalt.

Prior to his current role, the previous year saw Mr. Peters as the Heavy Civil Department Manager and Area Manager at CMT. During this period, he played a pivotal role in expanding the department's capabilities, strengthening its market presence, and fostering a collaborative environment that emphasized technical excellence. His leadership contributed to the successful execution of complex projects that include the Formula One (F1) Racetrack in Miami, Florida.

For the preceding seven years, Mr. Peters served as the Principal/Construction Materials Testing and Geotechnical Division Manager at ATC Group Services LLC (ATC), overseeing both divisions at the same time. His tenure as both a Principal and Department Manager was characterized by significant achievements, including overseeing high-profile projects and especially cultivating strong relationships with clients—many of whom became personal friends—by treating them with genuine care and respect.

Between 2008 and 2015, Mr. Peters was the Operations Manager for the Materials Testing Department at ATC before he advance to Department/Division Manager, and ultimately Principal of the company. Earlier, he worked as an Operations and Project Manager at Krazan & Associates Inc. from 2006 to 2008, where he gained valuable experience managing laboratory operations and field projects. In 2006, he served as Laboratory Manager at Southern California Soil & Testing, following a similar role at Professional Service Industries Inc.
