He honed his technical abilities, forging the foundation for his advancement in the reliability engineering and process improvement arena. In each appointment, Mr. Jones relies on exceptional training and distinct certifications in maintenance leadership, advanced hydraulic system control and design, in the lubrication field and oil analysis predictive strategies. He is recognized as a fluid power specialist supporting over 200 facilities across 7 individual divisions 24/7. He is highly sought during upset conditions affecting operations.

Mr. Jones's many meaningful contributions have been recognized by international originations, which honored him with several Lubrication Excellence Awards. He attributes his success thus far to a steadfast determination to win and an openness to recognizing his own limitations. Mr. Jones describes himself as curious, versatile, humorous, and adaptable.
