Earlier in his career, Mr. Wilson served as a maintenance technician at Kings Island, a Six Flags Entertainment Corporation property, from 1989 to 2003. Over these 15 years, he developed a deep understanding of large-scale facility maintenance within the amusement park industry. This role allowed Mr. Wilson to cultivate advanced technical skills and leadership abilities that would later define his professional trajectory.

Mr. Wilson began his professional journey as a mechanic and operator with Beedle Robert Excavating & Trucking in 1987. In this foundational position, he gained hands-on experience with heavy machinery and equipment, laying the groundwork for future roles in maintenance and facilities management.

Throughout his career, Mr. Wilson has demonstrated exceptional proficiency in managing maintenance teams. His expertise is widely recognized within the industry, underscoring his ability to lead diverse groups effectively while maintaining high standards of safety and performance.

Mr. Wilson's educational background includes earning a diploma from Mason High School in Mason, Ohio. He further advanced his technical knowledge by obtaining a journeyman certification from Warren County Career Center in Lebanon, Ohio. This four-year program is considered equivalent to an associate's degree in Ohio and has been instrumental in equipping him with the practical skills necessary for success in facilities management. Additionally, Mr. Wilson has completed numerous certification courses throughout his career, continually updating his knowledge base to stay current with industry advancements.
