Mr. Malinosky currently serves as the Executive Director of national health system partnerships at Akumin Inc, a leading provider of advanced imaging services and a portfolio company of Stonepeak, a premier global alternative investment firm. Since 2023, he has supported enterprise strategy and led teams of sales and account directors, with responsibility for growth in Akumin's national portfolio of health system partnerships across imaging modalities. In addition to his executive director responsibilities, Mr. Malinosky has been a member of the extended leadership team at Akumin since 2023. He also held the position of senior director and head of national physician partnerships and strategic initiatives from 2023 to 2024, developing strategic relationships with private and physician-owned organizations nationwide in radiology and oncology services.

Prior to joining Akumin, Mr. Malinosky was a national strategic business development manager for diagnostic imaging at Philips Healthcare from 2022 to 2023, during which time he focused on building partnerships and advancing community health initiatives across diverse regions.

Between 2018 and 2022, Mr. Malinosky served as a senior territory manager and field sales trainer for gynecological surgical products at Hologic, where he managed one of the largest territories for Hologic's commercial business. His responsibilities included mentoring junior executives, training new and current surgeons, and working closely with local and national health systems. He frequently assisted surgeons by setting up procedures and offering guidance to improve patient outcomes during surgical procedures.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Malinosky was a territory manager for neurological, spine and ENT products at Stryker from 2017 until 2018, gaining experience in surgical devices and capital equipment sales. From 2016 to 2017, he worked as a territory manager for diagnostic medication monitoring and genetics at Millennium Health after serving the company as an account manager II from 2015 until 2016 and an account manager for diagnostic medication monitoring in 2015.

Before entering the health care sector, Mr. Malinosky held several roles in professional sport event management and operations. He was the director of event services and operations at Sentry Event Services Inc, where he managed services for the Tampa Bay Rays at Tropicana Field from 2014 to 2015. He served as a special event and team operations game day assistant coordinator for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, he served as the event services and operations manager for IRONMAN, World Triathlon Corporation, from 2011 to 2013.

Laying the foundation for Mr. Malinosky's professional achievements was his academic background. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in sports management from Coastal Carolina University. While at Coastal Carolina he was the founder and first president of the recreation and sport management alliance, and member of the club lacrosse team. Followed by a Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University Shreveport in 2025. Additionally, he holds a graduate certificate in disruptive business strategy from Harvard Business School and a graduate certificate in strategic leadership from Vanderbilt University.

Beyond his formal education, Mr. Malinosky has acquired several certifications, including the Veterans at Work Certificate from SHRM, Foundations of Leadership from the National Society of Leadership and Success, and various credentials from Amazon Web Services. He is also pursuing his fellowship status with the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), which is the most prestigious board-certified credential for healthcare executives, of which he has been a member since 2025.

Outside his professional endeavors, Mr. Malinosky's civic involvement includes volunteering at his local church, mentoring through ACHE, serving on various advisory boards in healthcare and tech startups, and participating in community service initiatives. His contributions have been recognized through various honors, such as nomination for the Leadership Development Program by the Tennessee Chapter of ACHE in 2025, inclusion in Radiology Business's Forty Under 40 Class of 2024.
