In 2024, she assumed the role of senior director of supply chain and capital expenses at American Kraft Paper Industries, where she oversees all supply chain functions and procurement operations for the paper mill. Her responsibilities include negotiating and securing contracts, managing procurement and raw material acquisition, engaging with suppliers, participating in executive decision-making and ensuring the delivery of quality goods to customers. Ms. Holcomb's strategic vision and operational acumen have been instrumental in driving efficiency and fostering strong supplier relationships.

Before her current position, Ms. Holcomb served as the director of procurement and corporate capex at American Kraft Paper Industries in 2024. Earlier in 2024, she held the same title at Twin Rivers Paper Company in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Her tenure there was marked by her ability to manage complex procurement initiatives and support organizational growth during a period of transition. Ms. Holcomb worked for Twin Rivers for several years, beginning as a procurement specialist in 2021 and then promoted to procurement manager.

Prior to entering the pulp and paper industry, Ms. Holcomb developed a strong commercial and procurement foundation at Central Moloney Inc. also in Pine Bluff. She served as regional sales manager from 2020 to 2021, where she drove market expansion and strengthened strategic customer relationships. Previously, she held the role of senior buyer from 2018 to 2020, managing procurement of essential transformer manufacturing components, and began her tenure as a product sales specialist from 2017 to 2018.

Ms. Holcomb launched her career in administrative and HR roles, with positions at Kohler Company, Southeast Arkansas College, and Cumulus Media Inc.

Shaping her professional journey, she earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from Arkansas Tech University in 2013 and a Master's degree in Public Administration from Arkansas State University in 2016. She is also a Certified Purchasing Professional and Certified Purchasing Manager through the American Purchasing Society, reflecting her recognized expertise in procurement and supply chain management.

Ms. Holcomb is an active member of several industry organizations, reflecting her dedication to professional development and community engagement. She is affiliated with Jefferson County Manufacturing Council, Women in Manufacturing and Arkansas Forestry Association.

In addition to her corporate accomplishments, Ms. Holcomb is deeply engaged in civic service and nonprofit leadership. Since 2021, she has served as founder and director of The Myles & Mattisyn Foundation, a nonprofit that provides memory boxes to families affected by pregnancy or infant loss, supports funeral expenses through local partnerships, and coordinates disaster relief efforts nationwide.

Ms. Holcomb has consistently championed workplace equity and safety throughout her career. While in a former procurement leadership role, she worked with an international supplier to address gaps in amenities for women, including the lack of restrooms, childcare, and safe working conditions. Through persistent advocacy and collaboration, she helped establish dedicated women's restrooms, implement childcare services, and enhance overall safety standards.

Ms. Holcomb's achievements have been recognized with honors including Mrs. Arkansas International in 2020. Her success is driven by a lifelong commitment to making a meaningful impact, a motivation that guides her contributions to her community, family, church, and leadership networks.
