She currently serves as Director of Finance for Unified Door & Hardware Group since 2023, where she leads manufacturing finance across a multi-site footprint. In this role, she has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic acumen, with a focus on strengthening financial governance and working capital discipline, enhancing inventory transparency and controls, and supporting improved financial consistency and stability across operations.

In addition to her corporate leadership role, Ms. Larrier serves as a pro bono Fractional Chief Financial Officer, advising an early-stage company on financial strategy, operating model design, and investor readiness. This work reflects her continued expansion into enterprise-level financial leadership and strategic advisory responsibilities.

Prior to joining Unified Door & Hardware Group, Ms. Larrier spent more than a decade at BASF, where she held progressively senior finance roles of increasing scope and complexity. Most recently, she served as Global Manufacturing Controller, overseeing manufacturing finance operations across nine manufacturing sites worldwide. Previously, she was Finance Business Manager in Iselin, New Jersey; Site Controller in Peekskill, New York; and Project Manager – Order-to-Cash Lead in Florham Park, New Jersey. Earlier in her tenure at BASF, she served as Regional Manager of Corporate Cash Operations, supporting treasury and liquidity management initiatives for North and Central America.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Larrier held finance and treasury leadership roles at Eisai, GMAC Commercial Finance (Ally Financial), J.P. Morgan, and Merrill Lynch, gaining broad experience across treasury operations, corporate finance, and global financial management.

Her academic background is equally impressive. Ms. Larrier earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Business Administration with distinction in finance from Long Island University. She continues to invest in executive development and professional growth, having completed a finance certification with Connected, and she is currently pursuing a Chief Financial Officer certification program at The Wharton School.

She attributes her success to discipline, continual learning, and a commitment to building finance organizations that enable long-term business performance. Her contributions have been recognized with awards including BASF's End-to-End Thinking Award.

In addition to her professional achievements, Ms. Larrier is actively involved in various civic-minded organizations. She served as the Service Unit Treasurer for Girl Scouts of the USA and is the President of the South Orange-Maplewood School District President's Council, and Assistant Treasurer for BASF Political Action Committee. She was also a board trustee and mathematics tutor for the Achieve Foundation of South Orange and Maplewood and mentored young professionals through America Needs You.

Outside of her professional life, Ms. Larrier is a dedicated mother who enjoys swimming, watching soccer and reading. She remains focused on continued professional development and advancing her impact through strategic financial leadership.
