In 2023, Mr. Harsh briefly served as corporate counsel for commercial contracts at Pavlov Media. His expertise in corporate law was further solidified during his tenure as a senior certified attorney at Salt Lake City Corporation in 2022 and at Creighton University's School of Law in 2021. Moreover, Mr. Harsh's early career included working as a law clerk at a law firm in 2019 and as a student intern at Baldridge & Associates PLLC from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, he gained valuable experience as an intern with the United States Senate in 2014.

Mr. Harsh began his collegiate academic journey by earning a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from Southern Virginia University in 2017, followed by a Juris Doctor from Creighton University's School of Law in 2021. All in all, his education laid the foundation for his successful legal career, enabling him to gain admission to the Illinois Bar Association and the District of Columbia Bar. In reflecting on his journey thus far, he attributes his achievements to perseverance and determination, drawing inspiration from his parents' encouragement that dyslexia would not hinder his aspirations.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Harsh is deeply committed to civic engagement and advocacy. From 2012 to 2023, he served as a dyslexia advocate and mentor, providing pro bono support to individuals facing similar challenges. He is eager to continue guiding and supporting such individuals, as he is deeply passionate about this, and remains committed to further expanding his mentorship activities.

Mr. Harsh's dedication to service is further exemplified by his missionary work with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from 2008 to 2010 and his ongoing involvement as a donor and volunteer at his local church. Looking ahead, he aims to establish a charitable organization with his wife to support women and children escaping abusive situations and provide legal assistance for filing restraining orders.
