CINCINNATI, OH, January 26, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Michelle Leigh Morrison, MBA, PMP, founder and chief executive officer of Culture Timing, has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who, a biographical reference recognizing individuals on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are considered during the selection process.

Ms. Morrison is an organizational development and learning strategist with 25 years of experience helping leaders build the capabilities and culture required to perform through growth, change, and complexity. Through Culture Timing, she partners with small and mid-sized businesses and academic institutions to strengthen leadership effectiveness, clarify expectations, and create the consistent people systems that support sustainable performance.

"Culture doesn't change or stick through statements or accolades —it changes through the signals leaders send every day," said Ms. Morrison. "When leaders align on what they expect, model, and reinforce, teams move faster, communicate more clearly, and deliver better results."

Culture Timing services include:

• Leadership alignment and development (clarify leadership expectations; assess leader style and impact using our proprietary Nature–Nurture profile; strengthen decision-making, accountability, and communication
• Organizational culture assessments (behavioral signals, operating rhythms, systems alignment)
• Change enablement (adoption strategy, stakeholder alignment, manager toolkits, capability building)
• AI-enabled learning and workforce readiness (responsible AI upskilling, learning strategy, on-the-job performance support)

Prior to founding Culture Timing, Ms. Morrison spent more than two decades with PwC, where she held leadership roles in learning strategy and workforce transformation. As a learning and development strategist, she led a five-year enablement effort to help employees across U.S. and offshore locations adopt new on-the-job learning methodologies to improve quality of work, cross-cultural teaming, and speed of delivery—work that continued to be referenced by teams years after implementation.

She also served in transformation and strategy within PwC's Consulting Solutions Acceleration Centers (AC), helping evolve offshore operations from an assembly-style delivery model into a more integrated, culturally aligned workforce. Partnering with cross-functional leaders, she helped unify diverse teams and scale talent significantly—growing headcount from several thousand to approximately 17,000—while improving cohesion and productivity. Additionally, Ms. Morrison served as product owner for PwC AC's first publicly available mobile app, designed to enhance the client experience for offshore site visits. The app provided a concierge-style interface with visit agendas, key contacts, and VIP visibility across locations—streamlining coordination and helping clients navigate tours with greater clarity and confidence.

Ms. Morrison is active in the professional community, including the Project Management Institute (PMI) Southwest Ohio Chapter, where she serves in professional development board member, and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She also contributes to academia education and workforce initiatives, including a pilot program at Mason High School integrating AI into design thinking curriculum through partnerships with PMI and Junior Achievement.

She holds an MBA from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and a B.S. in Communications from Ohio University, is an AI Certs Certified Trainer, and maintains the Project Management Professional (PMP) credential.

Ms. Morrison attributes her success to resilience, persistence, and grit—qualities shaped by her parents' example. Her father made a bold mid-career transition from engineering to a private pilot, and her mother balanced the demands of family life while also serving as a fixed-base operator, successfully running an aviation business without the benefit of a college degree.

Outside of her professional work, Ms. Morrison is dedicated to raising her four teenage daughters and to closing cultural gaps through empathy-driven initiatives. Looking ahead, she plans to expand Culture Timing's offerings with scalable products—including AI agents—that help organizations strengthen leadership capability and accelerate performance.
