Though his technical career counts many milestones, Mr. Anand is particularly proud of his design of a framework for automating crew provisioning at CloudMoyo in 2023. This accomplishment stands out as a major technical milestone in his career, reflecting his leadership acumen and ability to deliver innovative solutions for complex challenges.

Before pivoting to focus on program management, Mr. Anand worked in information technology and consulting as a technical manager at C3IT Software Solutions from 2017 to 2019, during which he oversaw project delivery and bridged the gap between the company's technical and business teams. He also played the role of Virtual CIO for one of the client.

Mr. Anand's tenure at TABS100 Private Limited included serving as vice president of technology from 2015 to 2017 and as senior lead of the software team from 2014 to 2015. In these roles, he directed technology strategy and led software engineering teams through various stages of product design and development.

From 2012 to 2014, Mr. Anand excelled as the lead software developer at Synechron, which specializes in consulting, digital, data and software engineering solutions for financial and technology firms. In honor of his contributions, he was presented with the Spot Award for outstanding delivery efforts in 2014. Working in lead engineering at The 5th Dimension from 2009 to 2012, he managed international engineering projects that enhanced organizational capabilities, including warehouse management software for a client based in Canada.

Mr. Anand's earlier positions include serving as a software engineer at GlobalLogic from 2008 to 2009 and at Lightbulb Technology Services from 2006 to 2008. Notably, during this time, he implemented a security module for a Houston-based energy sector client. Hailing from an equally robust academic background, Mr. Anand earned a Master of Business Administration in marketing from JRN in 2017 and completed a Master of Computer Applications with a focus on computer science at Sikkim Manipal University in 2013. He also holds a postgraduate diploma in computer applications from Centre for Development of Advanced Computing, an O Level certification in computer science from the Department of Electronics and Accreditation of Computer Courses (DOEACC) and a Bachelor of Computer Applications from Jai Prakash University.

He is certified as an Azure administrator associate and solutions architect expert by Microsoft and has completed robotics process automation training as well as developer foundation training through UiPath.
