Ms. Campbell has earned a distinguished reputation as a leader in the construction industry and is a prominent figure in home building and remodeling. Ms. Campbell initiated her affiliation with Allan Homes Inc.; a custom and single-family homebuilder, when she joined the company as a bookkeeper in 1983. She quickly progressed to a leadership role and was named vice president in 1987, at which point her responsibilities expanded significantly, reflecting her dedication and growth within the firm.

In 1999 Allan Homes Inc. expanded its operations and launched a new company specializing in home improvements, remodeling and additions: Allan Homes Unlimited, Inc. Ms. Campbell was elected co-owner, director and vice president of operations at Allan Homes Unlimited Inc. and has been a strong operational presence since its founding. In this capacity, she provides expert oversight of operational planning, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, ordering, and works closely with clients to build their dream homes. Ms. Campbell also performs internal functions including accounts receivable and payable, payroll, human resources, financing, legal matters and marketing.

One of Ms. Campbell's most significant career achievements was her perseverance in keeping both companies operational through the Great Recession, during which the collapse of the housing market proved devastating to the construction industry. Through nontraditional strategies and with the trust and support of financial institutions, suppliers, contractors, and partners, Allan Homes Unlimited successfully pushed through the recession, and both companies remain viable today.

In addition to her role at Allan Homes Unlimited, Ms. Campbell holds a concurrent part-time position with Howard County Recreation and Parks, and she has been involved with the local dog park since 2011. She was awarded Contingent Employee of the Year in 2022 by Howard County, Maryland, and Howard County Recreation and Parks for her creativity, initiative in fund raising, and efforts to build the reputation of Worthington Off Leash Dog Park.

In her leadership capacity at Allan Homes Unlimited, Ms. Campbell relies on critical experience gained from a series of previous appointments, including a tenure with Hutzler Brothers Company and a range of various positions widening her abilities. Each role contributed to her unique skill set and helped Ms. Campbell identify and prepare for future opportunities.

Ms. Campbell feels honored to be hands-on in building and remodeling homes in which people can find contentment and securely raise their families. She notes it is deeply rewarding to have clients trust her and her team to create living spaces that suit their needs and desires. Notably, she considers enhancing the quality of life for clients through meaningful, well designed spaces to be among her most significant professional accomplishments.

Ms. Campbell credits her deep sense of responsibility, self-motivation and common sense for her personal and professional advancement thus far and feels driven to excel in every endeavor she undertakes.

A commitment to civic engagement drives Ms. Campbell to remain actively involved in organizations including Animal Advocates of Howard County since 2005.

To achieve balance, she enjoys gardening and photography, and she has an appreciation for dogs, especially German Shepherds. Looking toward the future, Ms. Campbell plans to continue working while planning carefully for retirement, when she will nurture her passion for travel.
