Mr. Slack currently serves as chief executive officer and partner at SNB Consulting LLC, a role he has held since 2024. He leads operations and advises business owners and executive teams on financial strategy, decision-making, and operational scalability to strengthen performance and market position. He is especially proud of his transition from public accounting into roles supporting public companies and private equity-backed organizations, while also staying closely involved in helping small businesses build stronger financial foundations. His work has included leading high-value, complex projects and improving project margins through disciplined cost and process controls, helping companies turn scalable processes into repeatable, sellable assets.

Prior to founding SNB Consulting LLC, Mr. Slack served as corporate controller at Kaizen Collision Center (private equity-backed) from 2024 to 2025, overseeing financial operations and supporting compliance and performance initiatives.

From 2021 to 2024, Mr. Slack held progressive leadership roles at Titan Solar Power, one of the largest residential solar companies, serving as cost accounting manager (2021–2022), director of accounting (2022–2023), and senior director of accounting (2023–2024). In these roles, he built and developed accounting teams, implemented scalable close and reporting processes, strengthened controls, and improved margin and cost visibility to support the company's growth.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Slack began in public accounting at RSM US LLP, where he served as an assurance associate (2015–2017) and senior assurance associate (2017). He then advanced through accounting and finance roles across public companies and large privately held organizations, including Cable ONE (2017–2018), Hub Group (2018–2019), and Rogers Corporation (2019–2021), gaining broad experience in financial reporting, consolidations, and operational finance.

Mr. Slack earned an MBA (2021) and Master of Accountancy (2015) from Southern Utah University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting (2013) from Southern Utah University and an Associate of Arts in General Science (2011) from Snow College.

He is active in volunteer service with Feed My Starving Children and GivePower. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his family, including six children, and has interests in sports and travel. Looking ahead, he aims to expand as a serial entrepreneur focused on strengthening communities, mentoring others, and helping organizations build sustainable financial and operational success.
