Her earlier tenure included a decade-long tenure at Janssen, Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson, from 1996 to 2006, as a senior pharmaceutical sales representative. Her transition from auditing to sales stands as her most notable professional achievement. While at Johnson & Johnson, Ms. Farinella collaborated closely with marketing managers who recognized her sales potential despite hiring freezes in the department. Ms. Farinella's academic background includes earning a Bachelor of Science in accounting with a minor in international business from the University of Delaware in 1989.
