Throughout his career, Mr. Kindle has demonstrated exceptional expertise in the at-risk EPC sector, a distinction that reflects both his technical acumen and leadership capabilities. Among his most notable achievements are building some of the most prominent critical infrastructure projects in the world that provide pivotal defense capabilities, armament, and energy to key U.S. federal entities and private defense contractors.

As a commitment to the field, Mr. Kindle maintains active memberships in The Fort Worth Club and Mira Vista in Fort Worth, which further connect him with industry leaders and community stakeholders. His professional excellence has been recognized with honors, including the Industrial Project of the Year award from the TEXO Distinguished Building Awards Association in 2025.

Mr. Kindle's academic background includes earning a Master of Business Administration from The Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University in Waco, Texas, graduating summa cum laude as a Beta Gamma Sigma graduate - while working full-time - a personal milestone he regards as one of his greatest accomplishments. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree and minor in Finance and Real Estate from Missouri State University.

Beyond his formal education, Mr. Kindle has earned a range of professional credentials. He is a certified Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute and also holds designation as a LEED Accredited Professional from the U.S. Green Building Council. He maintains association with the Association of Energy Engineers and has completed OSHA 30-Hour, 10-Hour, and HAZWOPER safety training and maintains a Transportation Worker Identification Credential issued by the Transportation Security Administration.

Mr. Kindle attributes his success to influential mentors who encouraged him to take calculated risks and embrace change when necessary for career advancement. He emphasizes cultivating allies rather than adversaries during transitions between employers and believes strongly in aggressive competition without complacency, advocating for continuous learning to remain at the forefront of industry developments.

Civically engaged within Fort Worth, Mr. Kindle serves on the Business Advocacy Committee for the Fort Worth Chamber, where he contributes to policy discussions supporting local businesses. He is chair of the Carter Park Industrial Task Force for the same Chamber, helping shape strategies that drive economic growth within key demographics and also an Advisory Investor with the Fort Worth Economic Development Partnership. Additionally, he supports charitable initiatives through involvement with organizations such as the HV3 Foundation, the Pat Tillman Foundation, Phoenix Children's Hospital, and his brother's military squadrons.

Outside of his career, Mr. Kindle enjoys competing in marathons and triathlons, hiking Colorado 14ers, flying, and playing golf.
