Mr. Elghandakly began his management career as an operations manager at Lifemarks Concepts from 2013 to 2017. In this role, he was responsible for forecasting sales figures for every location and supported improvements in employee retention and performance.

Hailing from an equally accomplished academic background, Mr. Elghandakly earned a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma City University in 2013 as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting and finance at Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport in 2010.
