In 2024, Mr. Maître founded Createway Consulting LLC, where he continues to serve as founder and chief executive officer. His entrepreneurial drive is further reflected in his earlier venture with Purpose Health Consulting LLC from 2013 to 2020, where he worked as an independent consultant project manager. Despite initial success, the business ultimately closed due to challenges brought on by the pandemic; however, he regards this experience as formative, providing valuable lessons that have shaped his professional trajectory.

Since 2022, Mr. Maître has also been the SOAR Conference emcee for Bluebird Leaders, leveraging his passion for public speaking and event hosting to foster professional development within the health care sector. From 2022 to 2024, he served as service delivery manager at Ascend Technologies, where he was responsible for ensuring seamless service execution and client satisfaction.

Between 2020 and 2025, Mr. Maître was a certified professional coach with Life Scheme, a nonprofit organization he founded six years ago. Through Life Scheme, he led workshops on emotional intelligence in the workplace and organized community initiatives such as the "blessing box" in Crenshaw, a project designed to address hunger in urban communities by encouraging residents to "take what you need, leave what you can." Although he has stepped back from some operational aspects of Life Scheme, he remains committed to its mission.

Mr. Maître's expertise in health care informatics is rooted in two decades of experience across various roles as a freelance consultant under his consulting company Purpose Health.
From 2015 to 2017, Mr. Maître contributed as Meditech Ready clinical consultant/optimization specialist at Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital. He also provided meaningful use consulting services at Pine Creek Medical Center in 2015 and Philip Health Services in 2014.

Mr. Maître's tenure at Dignity Health spanned several roles that included clinical solutions manager from 2012 to 2013, project ancillary lead from 2010 to 2012, clinical senior analyst from 2009 to 2010 and clinical analyst during the same period. In addition, he was consultant project manager at St. Joseph Health in 2009.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Maître worked with Boldt-On Consulting Inc., serving as Meditech implementation consultant from 2007 to 2009, application specialist from 2007 to 2009 and consultant from 2007 to 2008. He also held positions at North Cypress Medical Center Hospital as Meditech application project manager and clinical analyst II in 2007. His professional journey began at Meditech in Westwood, Massachusetts, as an application specialist from 2004 to 2007 after completing his undergraduate studies.

Mr. Maître's academic background includes a Master of Health Administration in health administration and informatics from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor of Science in computer engineering from the Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, Massachusetts, and an Associate of Science in electronic engineering, also from the Wentworth Institute of Technology. He also holds certification as a certified professional life coach from the Life Coach Institute of Orange County, earned in 2014.

Mr. Maître attributes his success to embracing risk-taking and learning from failure, an approach instilled by his Haitian mother who encouraged him academically from an early age. Entering college at 16 and graduating by 20 provided him with an early start that allowed for rapid personal growth through both setbacks and achievements. His technical foundation was laid during his time studying electronics at a technical high school before pursuing computer engineering at the collegiate level.

Initially drawn to technology roles behind the scenes, Mr. Maître soon discovered a passion for engaging directly with people—training health care professionals nationwide immediately after college graduation—which led him toward health informatics and ultimately life coaching. His keen interest in understanding human behavior has made him an effective leader capable of connecting with those around him on an emotional level.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Mr. Maître is deeply involved in civic activities. As founder of Life Scheme, he has championed community support initiatives such as the blessing box project in Crenshaw California. Since 2013, he has volunteered with Corazon de Vida Foundation's orphanage service efforts supporting vulnerable children.

He is affiliated with Bluebird Leaders and previously served as community service chair on the executive board of the National Society of Black Engineers, a testament to his commitment to advancing opportunities for underrepresented groups within STEM fields. From 2009 to 2013, Mr. Maître was president of Toastmasters International, where he honed his public speaking skills—an ability that continues to serve him well as an emcee for major conferences including SOAR Conferences and local HIMS events.

As an author and creative contributor, Mr. Maître published "Reflections: Thought-Provoking Antidotes for True & Lasting Change" through Purpose Health in 2015 and "Every Muscle of My Soul: A Life of Inspiration on Purpose" in 2012, works that reflect his dedication to inspiring others through written word. A lover of poetry both as a listener and performer on stage, he recently released a poetry album that showcases his lifelong passion for creative expression.

On a personal level, Mr. Maître is proud of his Haitian American heritage as a first-generation immigrant whose parents emphasized education while navigating new opportunities in the United States.
