Her academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in educational leadership and development from Colorado State University in Fort Collins. She also holds a master's degree in Counseling and a bachelor's degree in Education with an emphasis in reading from Colorado State University Pueblo. Dr. Lambert is also a Licensed Professional Counselor, which has enabled her to better understand the needs of students facing barriers to educational access.
