Prior to founding his current ventures, Mr. Moss held the position of Accounts Specialist at Melia Advisory Group from 2011 to 2013. In his twenties, he dedicated himself to mastering stocks and options trading which contributed significantly to the growth of the firm. Concurrently, he completed an apprenticeship with Summit Trek from 2011 to 2013, further expanding his knowledge base and professional network. Eventually, he shifted his focus from finance to ministry, playing a pivotal role in planting and expanding churches across North America.

In 2009, Mr. Moss co-founded City Church Tulsa and served as Executive Pastor until 2025. One of his main achievements was creating City Leadership Academy where he developed hundreds of leaders within the organization. In 2020, City Church purchased and remodeled a five-acre property with a 50,000-square-foot building originally designed to function like a grocery store for the community. Mr. Moss helped lead the project to transition the property and building into a place of worship for City Church.

Mr. Moss's professional affiliations include membership as a certified consultant with Birkman International since 2015 and active involvement with the Chamber of Commerce in Tulsa for 15 years. He also served as president of the Brookside Business Association from 2012 to 2013.

Throughout his journey, Mr. Moss has attributed his success to surrounding himself with mentors and maintaining a disciplined work ethic focused on service to others. Growing up in an entrepreneurial environment—his father was both a business owner and an electrician—he learned early lessons about business operations and leadership. At age fifteen, he launched his first business with his father's guidance. Influential mentors continued to shape his path; participation in an executive roundtable in Enid introduced him to prominent business leaders who inspired him to pursue coaching at the highest levels.

Mr. Moss's civic engagement extends beyond professional circles. He has volunteered extensively within church communities and has been recognized for his contributions with honors such as inclusion in Tulsa People Magazine's "40 Under 40" list and awards at the State Fair of Oklahoma for showing cattle during his youth.

On a personal level, Mr. Moss enjoys walking, playing golf, mountain biking and spending time at ball fields with his three sons. He also appreciates writing, art and attending museums or art shows with his wife. His family is actively involved in sports and extracurricular activities.

Looking ahead, Mr. Moss plans to launch virtual classes accessible worldwide in English through 320 Coach LLC. He aims to expand the reach of his D.R.E.A.M. program, a tool developed nearly a decade ago, to help individuals realize their visions for life advancement. His overarching goal is to impact one million people within five years by equipping them with tools for personal growth.

Having grown up as a foster child through the Department of Human Services of Oklahoma in a faith-based family environment, Mr. Moss remains passionate about supporting foster children aging out of the system by providing resources that facilitate their integration into adulthood and productive participation in society.
