From 2004 to 2006, he worked as sales manager at Pentair Thermal Management (formerly Tyco Thermal Controls), focusing on technical sales solutions for industrial clients. His professional journey began as a technical sales representative at Kadant Inc. from 2002 to 2004.

Born in Mexico City, Mr. Tejera values family deeply and enjoys spending time with his spouse, Ingrid, and their two sons.
