From 2020 to 2025, Ms. D'Agostino served as the vice president of human resources for talent management at RTI International. In this role, she oversaw both talent acquisition and talent management functions, guiding the organization through complex workforce challenges and supporting the professional growth of employees across multiple disciplines. Her tenure at RTI International was distinguished by her commitment to hiring, training and promoting individuals while fostering a robust network of colleagues and mentees who benefited from her guidance.
Prior to joining RTI International, Ms. D'Agostino held several leadership positions at AECOM. She was vice president of human resources between 2019 and 2020, where she led strategic initiatives to align human resources practices with organizational goals. From 2016 to 2019, she served as vice president of talent acquisition, directing global recruitment efforts and ensuring the company attracted top-tier professionals for critical roles.
Between 2011 and 2015, Ms. D'Agostino was the vice president of business development for talent acquisition, focusing on expanding AECOM's reach into new markets and supporting large-scale projects through effective staffing strategies. Earlier, as director of talent acquisition for international development from 2010 to 2011, she played a key role in securing talent for international contracts.
Ms. D'Agostino's most notable achievement is her extensive career in talent acquisition supporting international contracts for the United States Agency for International Development and the United States Department of Defense. Her efforts have resulted in the hiring of thousands of individuals for these essential contracts, underscoring her significant contributions to the field.
Ms. D'Agostino's professional journey began at Corporate Executive Board, now known as Gartner Inc., where she served as a senior director from 2006 to 2010. In this capacity, she developed foundational expertise in corporate leadership and talent management that would inform her subsequent roles.
Education has played a pivotal role in Ms. D'Agostino's success, earning a Bachelor of Science in international relations and French from Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Virginia, in 1999.
