Since 2023, he has served as chief information officer at VetCor, overseeing all electronic and digital operations. Under his guidance, the information technology team expanded from 10 service desk employees to more than 60, supported by additional contractors. Prior to joining VetCor, Mr. Rosenblatt was Senior Vice President at 24 Hour Home Care from 2021 to 2023. In this role, he contributed to the strategic direction and operational efficiency of a leading non-medical home health company, further honing his leadership skills in a dynamic environment.

From 2017 to 2021, Mr. Rosenblatt served as the Chief Information Officer at CHE Behavioral Health Services, overseeing technology initiatives and infrastructure improvements across the organization. CHE Behavioral Health successfully launched an outpatient telehealth practice in addition to its acute care settings practice due to its successful leveraging of technology to caregivers and patients.

In 2016, Mr. Rosenblatt was Director of Radiology Information Technology at Cedars-Sinai, where he managed critical systems supporting diagnostic imaging services. His tenure at Cedars-Sinai also included serving as Ambulatory Implementation Manager from 2012 to 2016 and application specialist from 2010 to 2012. These roles allowed him to develop deep expertise in clinical systems implementation and support within one of the nation's premier health care institutions.

Mr. Rosenblatt began his professional journey at Epic Systems in Wisconsin form 2005-2007 before working at Hoag Hospital from 2007 to 2010 while attending graduate school. This early experience provided foundational knowledge in health care technology and set the stage for his subsequent achievements.

His academic background includes a master's degree in history from the University of California, Irvine, earned in 2010, and a bachelor's degree in history from Princeton University in 2005. Originally aspiring to become a history professor, Mr. Rosenblatt shifted his focus to health care technology following the 2008 economic downturn and changes in state funding. His willingness to embrace new opportunities and adapt to evolving circumstances has been instrumental in his success. He credits his open-minded approach, his seeking knowledge from others and his fostering of collaborative relationships as key factors in his professional accomplishments.

Beyond his career, Mr. Rosenblatt is actively engaged in civic and community organizations. He volunteers with the Culver City Elk and participates in fundraising and financial planning efforts for local elementary schools and parent-teacher associations. His commitment extends to various nonprofit organizations, dad support groups and coaching children's soccer and baseball teams, reflecting his dedication to service and mentorship.

Born in Trenton, Mr. Rosenblatt values time spent with his two children and enjoys participating in their activities. Inspired by his family's involvement in the entertainment community through his wife's career as an actress in Los Angeles, he maintains a broad range of interests outside of work.
