Mr. Pack's leadership was instrumental in allowing a small team to efficiently navigate federal regulations that supported the successful submission and approval of a New Drug Application by the Food and Drug Administration in 2025 - an accomplishment that stands as a testament to his rare expertise in navigating complex regulatory pathways for innovative products.

Before advancing to his current role, Mr. Pack thrived as the Manager of Operations and Hardware Development at CorVista®, overseeing operational manufacturing strategies and hardware development initiatives critical to product advancement. Concurrently, Mr. Pack excelled at managing cross-functional teams focused on device design changes and risk management.

Between 2016 and 2018, he was a Product Development Engineer at Gilero Biomedical, where Mr. Pack deployed his broad technical acumen to advance new medical device concepts from ideation through implementation while acting a primary consult for Quality Engineering expertise as needed.

From 2015 to 2016, Mr. Pack served as a Design Quality Engineer at TransEnterix Inc., now known as Asensus Surgical US Inc., where he collaborated to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and supporting product safety initiatives. He initiated his professional journey as an Associate Quality Engineer at Teleflex Incorporated in 2013, gaining critical applied experience in quality systems within the medical device sector, and Mr. Pack also completed an engineering co-op assignment with Terumo Cardiovascular Systems Corporation from 2011 to 2012.

Driven toward academic excellence, Mr. Pack earned a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from the University of Toledo in 2013, where he thrived as a laboratory assistant working within the cadaver laboratory studying athletic injury dynamics in athletes. Mr. Pack attributes much of his advancement to teamwork and camaraderie, emphasizing that true achievement is rooted in collaborative efforts and effective communication among stakeholders.

Mr. Pack achieves balance by being an avid hockey goalie, attending Carolina Hurricanes games, and working on the family farm. He also cherishes spending quality time with his son.
