Mrs. Baseler is the retired director of the Clinical Monitoring Research Program at the Frederick National Laboratory for Cancer Research (FNLCR), where she exemplified expertise in clinical trial management and operations. Retired since 2022, she continues her work as a consultant to support special projects at FNLCR. Before retiring, she traveled to over 30 countries to participate in clinical trial launches, contributing to the management of Ebola in West Africa and the Democratic Republic of the Congo and COVID-19 pandemic clinical trials. Proud to mentor professional women in executive and STEM roles, she has also earned multiple Director Awards.
