Mr. Chiang has demonstrated excellence in the legal and academic professions, serving as a professor of law at the Fordham University School of Law until retiring in 2020. First joining Fordham University in 1972 as an associate professor, he was promoted to full professor in 1976. During his tenure at the institution, he also served as president of the Law Faculty Union. A prolific scholar, he has authored articles and case analyses that have been cited globally, with one article attaining over 620 full-text downloads in 68 countries. He earned the 20th Century Achievement Award from the International Biographical Centre.
