Earlier, he gained invaluable experience at Heil Trailer International, where he served successive roles as a Commercial Production Supervisor, a Defense Production Supervisor, and a Production Team Lead. Before entering the private sector, he worked as an Aircraft Worker with URS Corporation from 2009 to 2010.

Serving as a cornerstone of his approach, Mr. Betsuie also dedicated five years to the U.S. Army from 2005 to 2009 as a 15R Attack Helicopter Repairer. His military background provided him with specialized skills in defense systems and instilled a disciplined, never-give-up attitude that has defined his civilian career. His expertise in defense projects is widely recognized and serves as a testament to his determination and passion for learning.

Mr. Betsuie's educational foundation includes a high school diploma, which laid the groundwork for his professional development.
