He later advanced into a project lead role, overseeing the production process and installation from start to finish, before serving as director of production and ultimately assuming his current role as president. Throughout more than two decades in the industry, Mr. Meems has developed expertise across production workflows, manufacturing and business development, with a leadership approach shaped by close collaboration with skilled craftspeople and project teams.
