Prior to her entrepreneurial pursuits, Mrs. Vondy served as payroll manager for Lone Tree Services LLC from 2017 to 2026. During her tenure, she managed payroll operations and ensured compliance with financial regulations. Her experience in this role provided her with valuable skills in financial management and organizational leadership.

Mrs. Vondy also held the position of office manager and controller at Western Comfort Systems from 2016 to 2017. In this capacity, she managed office operations and oversaw financial controls, further developing her expertise in business administration.

Her professional journey is complemented by active membership in the Northern Colorado Community Networking Group, where she continues to expand her network and engage with other industry professionals.

Mrs. Vondy's academic background includes a bachelor's degree in business administration and management from Colorado Christian University, earned in 2018. She also holds an associate degree in accounting and business management from IBMC College, completed in 2016. These educational achievements have provided a strong foundation for her success as a business owner and leader.

In addition to her formal education, Mrs. Vondy obtained certification as an Intuit QuickBooks Pro Advisor from Intuit Accountants in 2017. This credential has enhanced her proficiency in accounting software and contributed to the efficient management of her businesses' finances.

Mrs. Vondy attributes much of her success to stepping outside her comfort zone, aggressively networking and building meaningful relationships within the community. Her work ethic was shaped by over 18 years as a stay-at-home mother managing complex household schedules, as well as by the example set by her grandmother Irene Ramos, a certified nursing assistant and former restaurant owner, whose dedication inspired Mrs. Vondy's drive for excellence.

Her entry into entrepreneurship followed a significant career transition after being laid off from her position as a payroll manager at an oil and gas company, where she had worked for six years. Seeking purposeful work that would provide emotional and mental fulfillment, Mrs. Vondy revisited the idea of opening Pinspiration, a concept she had previously considered with her husband. She found that the timing and financial circumstances were now ideal. Her passion for crafts and desire to engage with the community made this new venture a natural fit.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Mrs. Vondy has demonstrated civic commitment through involvement with the American Cancer Society from 2005 to 2013.

Born in Wray, Colorado, in 1972, as the second of four children to a father from Mexico and a mother from Nebraska, Mrs. Vondy was raised by her grandmother, Irene Ramos, after family challenges, including parental separation and estrangement. As the only sibling to attend college and become a business owner, she credits much of her resilience to the values instilled by her grandmother.

Mrs. Vondy is part of a blended family. She remains connected to her grandmother's legacy through crafting activities such as quilting and crocheting, skills she developed using online resources, and by displaying items created by Irene Ramos as tributes in her home. She strives to show her grandchildren anything is possible.

Looking ahead, Mrs. Vondy intends to grow Pinspiration by expanding its reach, hiring additional employees and making a positive impact on their lives. She is particularly focused on increasing VIP room reservations for parties as part of her ongoing efforts to enhance the business's offerings.
