SAN FRANCISCO, CA, February 10, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Anja Hamilton has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Ms. Hamilton's professional journey reflects a purpose-driven evolution spanning publishing, global human resources leadership and, most recently, entrepreneurship. Across each chapter of her career, she has been deeply committed to creating environments in which individuals and teams can reach their highest potential—whether as leaders, individual contributors or organizations navigating change.

In 2025, Ms. Hamilton founded HerPath in the San Francisco Bay Area, where she serves as chief executive officer. Establishing HerPath represents the culmination of decades spent supporting people through growth, transition and transformation. Through this platform, she is dedicated to supporting women navigating midlife, career, financial and life transitions, offering practical tools, neuroscience-informed coaching and community support designed to foster balance, resilience and sustainable success.

Since 2023, Ms. Hamilton has also served as a human resources venture advisor for SemperVirens in the San Francisco Bay Area. In this capacity, she advises emerging companies on product strategy and market positioning for human resources executives, helping translate complex people challenges into practical, scalable solutions. Drawing on decades of experience as a chief people officer, she works closely with founders to shape offerings that support and elevate human capital in an evolving world of work, including the responsible integration of artificial intelligence.

Prior to her entrepreneurial work, Ms. Hamilton held senior executive leadership roles in global technology organizations. From 2022 to 2024, she served as executive vice president and chief people officer at Nutanix, overseeing all aspects of the human resources function. There, she played a pivotal role in strengthening leadership pipelines, advancing culture initiatives and supporting employees through periods of significant organizational change.

From 2018 to 2021, Ms. Hamilton served as executive vice president and chief people officer at Poly, now HP, in the San Francisco Bay Area. In this role, she led enterprise-wide transformation initiatives with a focus on employee experience, inclusion and engagement—contributing to industry recognition for workplace culture and belonging.

Her tenure at IDT (Integrated Device Technology, Inc.), now Renesas Electronics Corporation, reflects the foundational years of her human resources leadership career. From 2011 to 2018, she progressed through increasingly senior roles, including senior director of global compensation and HRIS, vice president and chief people officer, and general manager (gerant) in the Caen Area, France. Across these roles, she built global HR strategies, led cross-functional teams and international teams, and developed a reputation for aligning business performance with human-centered leadership practices.

Ms. Hamilton's expertise has been recognized through numerous speaking engagements, including "Developing a Culture of Growth" at the Leading in Learning Conference hosted by iVentiv in San Francisco in 2015 and "Driving Change Through Organizational Metrics" for the Silicon Valley Compensation Association in 2012.

She holds a master's degree in business with an emphasis in journalism and publishing from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences in Germany. Her academic background provided a strong analytical foundation, a global perspective and a deep appreciation for communication—elements that continue to inform her leadership and coaching approach to both publishing and human resources leadership.

In addition, Ms. Hamilton has completed extensive professional development and certifications, including results-trained coach certification from the NeuroLeadership Institute; certification in human resources management from AMA Institute; certification in compensation from WorldatWork Inc.; coursework in human resource management at San Jose State University; equity compensation studies at Santa Clara University; and print media technology studies at Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences.

Before relocating to the United States, Ms. Hamilton began her career as an editor at a publishing house in Germany. Seeking international experience, she moved to California for what was intended to be a one-year stay. As she transitioned into startup environments, she discovered a passion for human resources—particularly the design of fair, transparent systems that enable people and organizations to thrive—setting the stage for a career defined by people-centered leadership.

Beyond her professional work, Ms. Hamilton is deeply engaged in civic leadership and service. Since 2025, she has served on the board of the Wildlife Education and Rehabilitation Center. She has also been an active leader within Rotary International since 2024 and began serving as a board member in 2025, and has contributed to public policy initiatives as a member of the public policy committee for the American Association of University Women since 2023. Her involvement with Gartner C-Level Communities (formerly Evanta) began in 2016 as part of the CHRO governing body, and she previously served as a corporate advisor to Viridis from 2016 to 2018.

Ms. Hamilton's leadership has been recognized through numerous honors, including Best Places to Work for LGBTQ+ Equality (2021), Great Place to Work Certification (2020), Winner of Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® in the Bay Area and the Nation (2015 and 2017), Winner of Healthiest Employers in the Bay Area by the San Francisco Business Times (2012 - 2017) and recognition among the Top 100 Global Tech Leaders.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Ms. Hamilton enjoys hosting events, participating in triathlons, running and hiking with her dogs, scuba diving, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and learning languages and playing music.

Looking ahead, Ms. Hamilton envisions expanding HerPath's reach to positively impact at least one million women by creating a supportive, inclusive community that fosters growth, balance and meaningful connection—continuing her lifelong commitment to helping people thrive, both personally and professionally.
