Earlier, Ms. Stadther excelled as the lead secretary for Caldwell County Schools for five years, starting in 2013. Subsequently, she received a master's degree in sport and fitness administration/management from Arkansas State University in 2019, followed by a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Northwestern California University in 2021. In addition to her degrees, Ms. Stadther has held the certified voice writer credential since 2015.
Beyond work, Ms. Stadther's civic involvement has been extensive, including two decades of dedicated service with the Church of God. This long-standing commitment has not only enriched her own life but also positively impacted her community by fostering spiritual growth and support networks. Ms. Stadther is also known for donating to churches and Christian organizations, reflecting her dedication to philanthropy and community support, and as an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha.
As an author, Ms. Stadther created The Doll Opera Series, a collection of family-oriented chapter books inspired by 11 ½ inch dolls and her childhood experiences. The series is designed for young readers but remains accessible to all ages, representing Christian families of diverse backgrounds without identifying by race. Through these works, Ms. Stadther aims to foster creativity and emphasize the importance of reading fundamentals among children. Two books have been completed as part of this project, and proceeds from the first series are designated for Shriners Hospitals for Children. Ms. Stadther continues to seek an ideal publisher for the series following discussions with representatives from Amazon and other publishing entities.
Ms. Stadther is recognized as an expert in finance, a distinction earned through more than two decades of professional experience and continuous learning. Throughout her career, she has also demonstrated a passion for serving teenagers, which has expanded to include young and mid-adult individuals. In 2016, Ms. Stadther received an award for 20 years of service in the ministry from First Church of God.
