Between 2009 and 2016, Mr. Theune was vice president of supply chain at Plexus Corp., where he continued to develop robust supply chain frameworks that enhanced efficiency and supported company growth. His leadership was marked by a commitment to developing talent, creating opportunities for advancement and building teams where individuals felt supported and valued.
From 2006 to 2009, Mr. Theune served as vice president of supply chain operations at Plexus Corp., integrating supply chain functions with broader operational goals. He played a key role in driving customer value through effective collaboration across departments.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Theune served as tech ops director at Plexus Corp. from 2002 to 2005, overseeing technical operations and contributing to process improvements that strengthened the organization's capabilities through best practice sharing.

He began his tenure at Plexus Corp. as manufacturing leader from 1993 to 2002 in Neenah, Wisconsin, where he managed production teams and implemented focused factories and customer focus teams in manufacturing operations.

Throughout more than three decades with Plexus Corp., Mr. Theune has taken great pride in mentoring individuals, fostering talent development and helping others grow their careers. Mr. Theune's academic background includes a master's certification in global supply chain management from Michigan State University, earned in 2016. He also holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, awarded in 1988.
