SAINT PETERS, MO, February 18, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Jennifer Rosa has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Currently serving as the Agile Product Management Senior Manager (Chief Technology Product Officer) at Express Scripts, Ms. Rosa has led a distinguished career of more than 25 years in technology and product management. In this capacity, she manages products that are integral to the company's operations in pharmacy benefit services, collaborates with other product oversight teams to coordinate the content planned for each release, and oversees the workflow of various delivery teams. She regards this leadership role as her most significant professional achievement to date, noting that each previous position has prepared her for the responsibilities she now undertakes at Express Scripts.
Prior to joining Express Scripts, Ms. Rosa held the position of project manager II at Charter Communications in Maryland Heights, Missouri, where she was responsible for equipment purchase requirements and ensuring that all projects were delivered on time and within budget. From 2019 to 2020, she served as a senior product owner at Lumeris, where she led cross-functional teams in developing innovative health care solutions. She began her time there in 2018 as a senior technical business analyst, conducting client interviews and authoring requirements for complex analytics projects.
Ms. Rosa's expertise was further honed during her tenure as a senior analyst at Reinsurance Group of America (RGA) from 2017 to 2018, during which she supported numerous national business partners and coordinated with stakeholders on business requirements and project due dates.
For six years, Ms. Rosa excelled as a senior systems analyst at MasterCard, playing a pivotal role in system development and process improvement initiatives. During this period, she was recognized as an LGBTQ tech and innovation fellow by President Barack Obama at the White House LGBTQ Tech & Innovation Summit in 2015, an honor that recognized her leadership and contributions to technology innovation. Two years earlier, she was presented with the Aspire Challenge award for maximizing her resources to achieve the company's goals.
Determined to make an impact through industry-related organizations as well, Ms. Rosa has been actively involved with the International Institute of Business Analysis since 2014. Furthermore, she has served as a member of the board of directors and vice president of sponsorship for the St. Louis chapter since 2015, demonstrating her commitment to supporting professional development within the business analysis community.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Rosa served as an implementation manager at CCA Global Partners — a consulting firm for entrepreneurs and small businesses — where she oversaw a development team and gained valuable experience in budget oversight and resource allocation. She previously contributed as a senior business analyst at Medco in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, from 2003 to 2005, focusing on process optimization, communications and software technology integration. Her foundational experience includes working as a programmer analyst at Intel Corporation from 2000 to 2002, during which she developed software solutions for enterprise applications and resolved production issues.
Further underscoring her innovative spirit and ability to translate technical expertise into practical solutions, Ms. Rosa successfully secured two patents in 2015: one for "One Touch," an interactive widget that provides guided gesture-driven navigation, and another for a method and system for cross-border travel alerts.
Hailing from an equally accomplished academic background, Ms. Rosa was awarded a full scholarship to Carnegie Mellon University as a Woodrow Wilson Scholar, going on to earn a Master of Science in management information systems in 2000. She also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baruch College, graduating in 1994 with a strong foundation in business principles that has informed her strategic approach throughout her career. Dedicated to the ideals of continuous learning, she completed the Fundamentals of Agentic AI: Business Implications and Ethical Insights course through LinkedIn in 2026.
Reflecting on her storied journey thus far, Ms. Rosa attributes much of her success to the values instilled by her family during her childhood on the Lower East Side of New York City. Her parents emphasized a strong work ethic and volunteerism; her mother, a registered nurse, encouraged professional ambition and higher education as essential goals for women. These formative influences shaped Ms. Rosa's tireless drive for excellence and service.
Civic engagement has been another consistent theme throughout Ms. Rosa's life. She serves as a global pride employee resource group lead at MasterCard and has been president of the Saint Louis Pride employee resource group since 2014, advocating for diversity and inclusion within corporate environments. As a global lead for Pride since 2012, she has championed initiatives supporting LGBTQ professionals worldwide. Her volunteer work with Junior League and Junior Achievement further demonstrates her longstanding commitment to community service.
Maintaining a close connection to her Puerto Rican heritage, Ms. Rosa is affiliated with the St. Louis Puerto Rican Society and was a volunteer yoga instructor during an Alpha Kappa Alpha chartering event in Puerto Rico.
Outside of her professional and community-centered endeavors, Ms. Rosa enjoys practicing yoga — a pursuit that complements her holistic approach to leadership and well-being. Happily married for nearly 30 years and a proud mother of one son, she continues to inspire those within her field and beyond through both professional achievement and civic involvement.
Looking toward the future, Ms. Rosa intends to remain active in technology with an increased focus on generative artificial intelligence, emphasizing ethical considerations and responsible use within health care applications while guiding its development for broader societal benefit. She is also committed to encouraging young girls from all backgrounds to pursue careers in traditionally male-dominated coding and technology fields, advocating for greater representation and opportunity within the industry and around the world.
