Her experience as a portfolio manager strengthened her expertise in strategic leadership, service and sales, performance optimization, smooth change management, and results-driven decision-making. Through her leadership she also contributed to advancing health education, behavior change, and patient-centered communication on a global scale.

Drawing on her interdisciplinary background, Hoffmann developed the Attract True Love™ and Ready to Be Relationship Ready™ programs, a transformational framework designed to help individuals build authentic, healthy, and lasting relationships by aligning emotional intelligence, personal values, and relational connection. Through keynote speaking, workshops, coaching, and authorship, Michelle Hoffmann continues to elevate leaders and individuals alike, combining science, strategy, and human connection to create meaningful, measurable impact.

Ms. Hoffmann earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, management, and marketing from California State University, Northridge, in 1986. The year prior, she obtained a certificate in international business economics from Sorbonne University. Additionally, Ms. Hoffmann is certified by the American Council on Exercise, served as an advisory board member of the Stanford Advisory Board in 2013, and founded the Academic Division of the American Marketing Association.

In all she has pursued and achieved, Ms. Hoffmann cites her resilience and integrity as having been pivotal to her success, enabling her to teach relationship skills that help others intentionally live life with purpose. She has published influential books: "The New Management Blueprint: Spark Talent to Ignite Winning Teams, and Create Valuable Results", published in 2020, and "Life Worth Living: A Practical & Compassionate Guide to Navigating Widowhood & Sole Parenting", published the in 2019. All in all, she is dedicated to helping others succeed, through her work. Outside of her authorship and robust career, Ms. Hoffmann is actively involved in various civic organizations. Along with being an ambassador for her local chamber of commerce since 2016, she has participated in the Girl Scouts of America since 2011. Since 2008, Ms. Hoffmann has served as vice president and board member of the Parents Club in Palo Alto Menlo Park and sits on the board of directors for the School for Self-Healing. Moreover, her community involvement affirms her commitment to elevating others.

Outside of her civic and professional work, Ms. Hoffmann enjoys cooking and prioritizes a healthy work-life balance. Known for saying, "On the day you die, will you know you truly lived…and love."
