BROOKLYN, NY, February 19, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Danica R. Lipman has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Ms. Lipman has established herself as a leading expert in production and design, with more than 15 years of experience in packaging design. As of mid 2024, she serves as as a freelance senior packaging and production designer at Pets + People, formerly known as Fetch for Pets. In this contract role, Ms. Lipman works remotely to support packaging production and line expansions for mass-market pet and consumer products. Her responsibilities include adapting designs for various bottle sizes and fragrances, meticulously preparing print files, conducting multiple reviews before print and verifying color accuracy and typography on received samples. Due to licensing requirements, her current focus is primarily on production rather than original design, requiring strict adherence to partner companies' style guides and specifications. Ms. Lipman's attention to detail ensures that all assembled design elements present a cohesive and professional appearance. Among her notable achievements at Pets + People is her work on the BioSilk for Pets line from early 2013 and can still be seen in stores today; a project that stands out as a significant career accomplishment.

Prior to her current position, Ms. Lipman contributed her expertise at Star Candle Company, LLC, a prominent candle manufacturing firm. She began her tenure there in 2017 as a packaging designer, where she quickly demonstrated her ability to convey a product's essence through visual elements. Her ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment led to her promotion to senior packaging designer in 2019. In this capacity, she managed pre-press processes, prepared files for print production and advocated for the addition of a junior designer to manage increasing workloads. By 2023, Ms. Lipman advanced to the role of packaging design manager, where she further developed her appreciation for fragrance design and led projects that required both creative vision and technical precision.

Ms. Lipman's career began at Fetch for Pets (now Pets + People) in 2012 as a graphic designer. During her five-year tenure, she played an instrumental role in several high-profile projects, including the redesign of BioSilk from a human shampoo into a pet-specific formulation, a pivotal project completed around 2012 or 2013 that remains available at major retailers such as PetSmart and Petco. Her original artwork was also adopted by Five Below and produced in their stores. Additionally, Ms. Lipman's designs have been placed in mass-market global retailers including Walmart, Target, HomeGoods, Marshalls, T.J. Maxx and JoAnn Fabrics.

Among her most distinguished achievements is designing a planogram for Walmart, which led to her designs being included in a substantial candle order, a milestone she considers one of the highlights of her career.

Ms. Lipman's academic foundation includes earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fabric Styling from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City, graduating cum laude in 2011. Her education provided a strong basis in fashion styling and textile design, which seamlessly translated into her approach to packaging design. She applies principles from fashion styling—such as assembling complementary elements and aligning with brand objectives—to every project she undertakes. This methodology has enabled Ms. Lipman to consistently deliver cohesive designs that meet both aesthetic standards and project goals.

Her creative talents have been recognized with several awards, including the Most Creative Award from the Fashion Institute of Technology and Best Dance Awards.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Ms. Lipman was born in Sleepy Hollow and maintains an active personal life with interests spanning yoga, Pilates, artistic roller skating, playing the piano and listening to audiobooks. She enjoys spending time with her half-dachshund and half-Australian cattle dog and pursues creative hobbies such as working with plastic resin to create small tiles shapes and experimenting with molding unset resin into lighting fixtures. A former ballet dancer herself, Ms. Lipman previously volunteered as an assistant teacher for dance classes serving individuals with physical and mental disabilities.

Family plays an important role in Ms. Lipman's life. She is devoted to her dog and takes great pride in her younger brother's accomplishments as the owner of a successful Taekwondo school, a pursuit he prepared for by training extensively in Korea before establishing his business in the United States. Their mother is now retired but actively assists at the school after enjoying a distinguished career as a professional ballet dancer. Ms. Lipman's father was an accomplished copywriter who rose to executive vice president of Creative in pharmaceutical advertising and an exceptional self-taught pianist whose talents continue to inspire her.

Ms. Lipman remains committed to giving back to her community and has recently become increasingly concerned about rising homelessness locally; she is exploring new volunteer opportunities to address this issue.

Looking ahead, Ms. Lipman intends to return to the fragrance industry, with a particular interest in high-end fragrance companies, cosmetics, and creative companies like Bath & Body Works given its colorful aesthetic appeal. She continues to pursue freelance opportunities with small independent companies—experiences she finds highly rewarding—and is working to manage such ventures more effectively. Additionally, she is pursuing a patent for an original concept, leveraging her background in product design and her network in product development.

Ms. Lipman's career reflects dedication, creativity and expertise across multiple facets of design and production, qualities that have earned her recognition among industry peers and inclusion in Marquis Who's Who.
