He served as a chef, furniture mover, pick and packer, host, temp worker, barback and so on from 2017 to 2024. These positions allowed him to develop skills in teamwork, leadership and creative problem-solving within fast-paced environments. This also allowed him to learn about himself. Living in uncomfortable circumstances and doing uncomfortable, difficult jobs for little pay helped motivate him to do more. Seeing money is made not by how hard one works, but by how polished a person's people skills can be, he worked his way behind the bar as a bartender, where he honed his interpersonal communication abilities and learned the importance of adaptability. These qualities continue to inform his work as an image consultant and educator.

In pursuit of professional advancement, Mr. Kincaid completed coursework for an initial certification in image consulting at IAP Career College before earning a master certification in 2025. This advanced credential required him to conduct three in-person consultations and submit an extensive paper documenting his competence in the field. The encouragement of his therapist played a pivotal role in this journey; during a period when Mr. Kincaid considered supplementing his income through picking yet another entry-level job to make extra money with his free time, his therapist suggested pursuing an online certification. This decision ultimately set him on a path toward a fulfilling career.

Mr. Kincaid attributes much of his success to the support of others and his own resilience. He acknowledges the critical assistance of a teacher who offered him housing during his senior year of high school and credits his therapist for encouraging him to pursue professional certification. He acknowledges the love of his mother and father, though they were not together, they each helped shape him with love and understanding. Seeing the hardships those before him had overcome only proved to him that he could overcome any obstacle. He recognizes that these influences, along with his faith, family, and determination, have been instrumental in overcoming adversity and building a meaningful career dedicated to helping others thrive.

Civic engagement is central to Mr. Kincaid's life and work. Since 2020, he has volunteered with Food Not Bombs, an organization focused on community food distribution, a commitment that not only allowed him to serve those in need but also led him to meet his partner.

Born in Las Vegas, in his free time, Mr. Kincaid enjoys working out, reading, gaming, and researching investing and financial independence.
