Since 2021, he has served as chief executive officer of Haven Aviation Services Group (Haven ASG), a vertically integrated aviation platform headquartered in Amarillo, Texas. Haven ASG provides aircraft brokerage, Part 135 charter operations, aircraft management, maintenance, pilot staffing and fixed base operator (FBO) services. Under Mr. Lamance's leadership, the company has experienced rapid growth while remaining firmly committed to its founding principle: delivering aviation with the precision of a checklist and the hospitality of a handshake.

Mr. Lamance is widely recognized for building systems that align safety, service and financial performance—an uncommon combination in private aviation. His focus is not simply on expansion, but on creating a disciplined, transparent organization that maximizes safety, time and capital for aircraft owners. He remains deeply involved in customer relationships and strategic growth, while empowering strong leaders within each division of the company.

In addition to leading Haven ASG, Mr. Lamance launched the Flyin High with Travis Lamance podcast in 2025. Recorded aboard private aircraft, the show features candid conversations with founders, executives and risk-takers who have built and scaled significant enterprises. Through the podcast, he explores leadership, resilience and the mindset required to build enduring companies.

Mr. Lamance earned an associate degree in aeronautics, aviation and aerospace science and technology from Colorado Aero Tech (now Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology) in 2000. He holds an FAA aircraft maintenance license and private pilot certificate and maintains membership in the National Business Aviation Association and the National Air Transportation Association.

His leadership philosophy reflects a "leaders eat last" mindset grounded in accountability, transparency and discipline. He believes culture is not built through slogans but through daily standards, clear expectations and visible example. He and his spouse and business partner, Robin, are known for being accessible and deeply invested in the development of their team. Mr. Lamance believes that when employees are aligned and inspired, exceptional service follows naturally.

Outside of his professional work, he serves as vice president of the Texas Air and Space Museum, supporting aviation education and preserving the history of flight.

Mr. Lamance and his wife reside in West Texas with their two children. The family enjoys ranch life, raising Scottish Highland cattle and spending time outdoors. They share a passion for fitness and motorsports, often working on and racing cars together.
