In this role, he has focused the organization on scaling applied AI capabilities—including autonomous, enterprise-grade agents—across CRM workflows, strengthening how teams capture customer insights, operationalize feedback, and shorten the cycle from discovery to delivery. He has also helped drive the adoption of AI-first end-to-end analysis of customer interactions, improving the speed and clarity of communication across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams, with clear delivery impact: reducing time-to-value for new implementations and increasing adoption of existing AI functionality among enterprise customers with complex change management.

Prior to joining Creatio, Mr. Lobach was leading forecasting product offering at People.ai Inc. from 2024 to 2025. During his tenure, he led the launch of an enterprise-grade forecasting product that was targeted to double the company's annual recurring revenue. His efforts resulted in a tenfold upsell to the company's largest customers, including a Fortune 100 client—an achievement of considerable significance within the industry. Reflecting on his impact, CEO Oleg Rogynskyy said Mr. Lobach is "one of the best product guys I know—he came into People.ai and moved lightning fast to build a new product from scratch. He's the kind of manager you'd want on your team."

From 2024 to 2025, Mr. Lobach also co-founded Digi Team and built Digi BDR—a fully autonomous outbound sales solution that automates core BDR work end-to-end, including lead generation, prospecting, account/prospect research, personalized outreach, follow-ups, and meeting scheduling. The project scaled from $0 to $60,000 in ARR within three months, demonstrating rapid market validation and execution.

From 2019 to 2024, Mr. Lobach served as vice president of product at Revenue Grid. He played a pivotal role in scaling the company from its inception through significant growth milestones, including raising a $22 million Series A funding round and driving annual recurring revenue beyond $10 million. His leadership was instrumental in guiding Revenue Grid from zero to one and then from one to 100 in terms of business scale—a testament to his expertise in scaling companies. As CEO Vlad Voskresenskyy noted, Mr. Lobach's progression "from software engineer to product leader… has been truly remarkable," emphasizing that the product "grew from zero to multi-mil in aggregated ARR," with Mr. Lobach demonstrating "exceptional end-to-end ownership" across the SaaS lifecycle.

Mr. Lobach's earlier roles at Revenue Grid included senior product manager from 2015 to 2019 and senior full stack engineer in 2015. These positions allowed him to develop a comprehensive understanding of both technical and managerial aspects of product development. Before joining Revenue Grid, he was chief executive officer and co-founder of GdeBanan from 2014 to 2015, where he gained valuable entrepreneurial experience leading a technology startup. His career began as a full stack engineer at Park Code LLC from 2010 to 2014.

Throughout his career, Mr. Lobach has established himself as an expert and innovative leader in Enterprise CRM and AI Applications. He is actively engaged in professional communities such as Reforge—a prominent product community fostering engagement among product professionals—and Pavilion, which focuses on sales and go-to-market professionals. These affiliations provide him with ongoing insights into industry challenges and technological advancements.

Mr. Lobach's academic background includes a master's degree in computer science with a specialization in systems analysis from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, graduating with honors in 2015, and a bachelor's degree in computer science with honors from the same institution in 2013. He also holds several professional certifications that have further enhanced his capabilities: Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute awarded in 2025; certificate in product strategy from Reforge earned in 2022; and certificate in growth series from Reforge also completed in 2022.

Mr. Lobach attributes his success to hard work and maintains deep respect for individuals who dedicate themselves fully to their endeavors.
