From 2017 to 2021, Mr. Stiglich held the position of senior lead data architect and engagement manager at Lumen Technologies. During this period, he led teams in designing and implementing large-scale data architectures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices. Between 2014 and 2017, he was principal consultant at Clarity Insights. In this capacity, he provided strategic guidance on data management initiatives for clients across various industries, helping organizations leverage their data assets for improved decision-making.

As senior technical architect at Perficient Inc. from 2011 to 2014, Mr. Stiglich played a key role in delivering complex technical solutions tailored to client needs. His work focused on integrating emerging technologies into existing infrastructures. From 2005 to 2011, he served as principal consultant and trainer at Enterprise Warehousing Solutions (EWsolutions) Inc., where he developed and delivered extensive training programs in data management, data architecture and related areas. His efforts contributed to the professional growth of numerous practitioners in the field.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Stiglich was CRM applications analyst at Petsmart LLC from 2002 to 2005, where he supported customer relationship management initiatives through effective use of data systems. From 2001 to 2002, he worked as data warehouse architect at Wizard Business Solutions Inc., designing scalable data warehousing solutions for business clients. He began his professional journey as senior consultant at Informix Software (now IBM Informix), IBM from 1998 to 2001, providing expert consulting services on database technologies.

Among his most notable achievements is leading a team that enabled a state Lottery to double its sales and increase profitability by 30% by enabling decision makers to make more timely, informed decisions based on high-quality, integrated complex data leveraging proven techniques to enable difficult data integrations by "modeling the business before modeling the solution". Mr. Stiglich also played a pivotal role in migrating the Lottery from an outdated mainframe system to a modern cloud-based architecture and implementing Qlik Sense analytics tools to enhance reporting and decision-making capabilities.

Mr. Stiglich's academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Missouri Institute of Technology, earned in 1983. He also holds several professional certifications that underscore his commitment to excellence: Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) at the mastery level (which less than 500 people in the world have) from DAMA International®, Certified Computing Professional (CCP) from ICCP, and Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP) from TDWI.

His dedication extends beyond his professional pursuits into civic engagement. Mr. Stiglich has served as president and vice-president of programs for DAMA International®, Phoenix Chapter.
