GAMBRILLS, MD, February 26, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Christina Heintze Seavers has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Ms. Seavers is the founder and chief executive officer of PolicyEdgeAI, an obligation intelligence platform she established in 2025 to modernize how institutions translate regulatory complexity into operational execution. Under her leadership, the company has evolved from concept to a structured intelligence system designed to convert governance into real-time decision infrastructure.

PolicyEdgeAI is not a traditional compliance company. Its patent-pending Reflex Engine™ maps every rule, regulation, contract term, and operational constraint governing an organization, then enforces those obligations at the point of decision — before violations occur. This enforcement layer forms the architectural spine of the platform. From that spine, intelligence products emerge: predictive risk scoring, revenue protection modeling, capital allocation decisioning, audit targeting, vendor surveillance, reimbursement optimization, and retention forecasting.

Ms. Seavers describes the core mission as delivering "decision advantage under overload" — enabling institutions to act decisively amid expanding regulatory signals and enforcement volatility. Her system compresses the cycle between regulatory change and operational response by integrating rule alignment directly into transactional environments. Each enforcement action produces time-stamped, citation-linked evidentiary records designed to strengthen institutional defensibility while preserving execution speed.

Before founding PolicyEdgeAI, Ms. Seavers spent more than 20 years in consulting and enterprise systems strategy, including eight years serving as a strategic advisor within the federal ecosystem. During that time, she worked across major federal agencies including NASA, IRS, GSA, OMB, and multiple HHS divisions such as headquarters, FDA, CMS, CDC, and NIH. Across these environments, she observed a recurring structural failure: organizations often discover they have broken the rules only after financial, operational, or reputational damage has already occurred. That pattern became the foundation for PolicyEdgeAI.

At HHS headquarters, Ms. Seavers led a cross-divisional governance initiative uniting all 12 operating divisions. She convened nearly 50 senior leaders across cybersecurity, category management, and IT asset management to establish structured coordination across historically siloed environments. She also advanced category-wide contract standardization efforts within the federal acquisition ecosystem, strengthening cost transparency, vendor alignment, and enterprise governance.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Seavers held senior leadership roles overseeing large-scale IT asset management, enterprise software optimization, and compliance modernization initiatives. She has led multi-vendor teams, guided complex portfolio rationalizations, and developed governance frameworks deployed across federal environments.

A graduate of Georgetown University's Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service, Ms. Seavers holds a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service with a concentration in International Politics. She also maintains certifications as a Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer and Software Asset Manager (IAITAM), supporting her work at the intersection of AI governance, regulatory architecture, and institutional systems design.

Through PolicyEdgeAI, Ms. Seavers continues to advance a central thesis: compliance should not be a retrospective reporting function. It should be executable intelligence.

By transforming obligation into structured intelligence, she is building systems that allow institutions to reason, act, and produce verifiable evidence at operational speed.
