During his tenure, he oversaw the integration of advanced vision systems into industrial processes, focusing on leveraging connectivity and automation to optimize manufacturing outcomes. He is most proud of his achievements during this period, particularly increasing sales by 73 percent within a single year while leading the surface inspection equipment division.

For the preceding eight years, Mr. Meloche was the vice president and business line manager of service for Industrial Assembly Solutions at Atlas Copco in Michigan. By aggressively redefining and retooling the aftermarket organization with a data-driven approach, he transformed the division's market presence and performance. Previously, he held a similar role at Atlas Copco Tools and Assembly Systems from 2006 to 2016 after beginning his executive career as a global director of systems services at Ingersoll Rand in Michigan for three years.

Academically, Mr. Meloche's background has been foundational to his professional success. He earned a Master of Science in industrial engineering with a concentration in operations research and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on marketing, both from the University of Michigan-Dearborn. His educational journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in industrial automation, from Kettering University. This early focus on robotics inspired his entry into the profession and laid the groundwork for his future achievements. In addition to his academic credentials, he is OSHA certified and holds the designation of Amazon AI practitioner.

Reflecting on his career, Mr. Meloche attributes his accomplishments to constant hard work and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. He values rolling up his sleeves to address challenges directly—a philosophy that has driven results throughout his career.
