Mr. Gary is a distinguished leader whose career spans more than 48 years across the consulting and technology sectors. Since 2023, he has served as owner and Chief Executive Officer of Janicq LLC, providing independent advisory services focused on organizational strategy, in addition to professional career development and mentoring. His expertise in business strategy, technology direction, and solution implementation has been refined through decades of hands-on leadership, establishing him as a respected person within the industry.

Prior to founding Janicq LLC, Mr. Gary was Managing Director of Enterprise Technologies at FORVIS, a nationally recognized accounting firm. In this role, he led the Microsoft Dynamics Enterprise practice emphasizing client solutions, engagement excellence, and third-party application integration.

From 2012 to 2021, Mr. Gary held several leadership roles at enVista LLC, advancing from Senior Director of Supply Chain Solutions to Vice President of Enterprise Solutions. There, he oversaw the Microsoft Dynamics ERP practice and contributed to the firm's broader technology and supply chain practice. Before joining enVista, he held key positions with The Brookfield Group LLC and Brightpoint (now Ingram Micro Inc.), where he directed professional services and information technology practices and departments.

Mr. Gary began his career at Arthur Andersen then Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), spending more than two decades progressing to senior manager within the management consulting and systems integration practices. He later served in leadership roles at Whittman-Hart and MarchFirst in Indianapolis, focusing on strategy, program management, technology implementation, and client solution delivery. These foundational experiences propelled his subsequent achievements in technology strategy and consulting.

A 1977 graduate of Purdue University, Mr. Gary earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management. He further enhanced his professional credentials by obtaining certifications as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute and as a logistics supply chain and technology professional.

In addition to his primary career accomplishments, Mr. Gary has remained active in professional and civic organizations. He is a member of the Project Management Institute and has served in a leadership role with several industry and civic organizations. Mr. Gary has served on the alumni committee of Purdue's Polytechnical School with focus on curriculum preparing students for post-graduate positions. He also volunteers with various charities focused on disadvantaged children and families.

Mr. Gary is the author of Manufacturer's Play in the Pharmaceutical Industry as well as numerous articles contributing to industry and technology knowledge. His experience includes developing systems and educational methodologies used in international practices and selected university programs. He has presented at numerous conferences and seminars on various business and technology subjects.
