Prior to joining Roku, Mr. Callanan served as Vice President of Supply Chain and Procurement at Lucid Motors, where he helped scale manufacturing operations and advance sourcing strategies in support of electric vehicle production.

Previously, he was Senior Vice President of Global Procurement and Industrial Affairs at Sanofi, based in Paris, France, overseeing procurement and commercial operations across 78 manufacturing sites and 18 distribution centers worldwide. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he supported vaccine production efforts through collaborations with Moderna and Pfizer.

Mr. Callanan also served as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Procurement for Research and Development at Novartis, based in Basel, Switzerland, where he led global sourcing strategy and digital transformation initiatives supporting the company's scientific and innovation agenda. He also served as an executive board member of CKW GmbH, a pharmaceutical excipients manufacturer, where he provided strategic oversight during a period of industry transformation.

Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Apple, based in Cupertino, California, where he was a key member of the strategic deals team supporting major product initiatives and complex commercial agreements, and at Dell, where he managed global procurement and operations while based in Shanghai, China.

He began his professional career as an Assistant District Attorney in New York State after earlier roles in legal publishing with LexisNexis (Matthew Bender). He is admitted to practice law in multiple U.S. Courts, including the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and New York State.

Mr. Callanan holds a Master of Business Administration in Supply Chain Management from Pennsylvania State University, a Juris Doctor from New York Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University at Albany.

He has been recognized as one of the Top 40 Leaders to Watch by the Association for Corporate Growth Silicon Valley.
