Ms. Jones currently serves as the chief executive officer of AR Family Law, where she manages a team of seven employees and oversees all aspects of the firm's operations. Her responsibilities include coordinating and maintaining her personal caseload, running daily staff meetings, managing support staff duties such as consultations, client contact and intake processes, litigating cases, meeting with clients and attending court proceedings. Additionally, Ms. Jones provides child attorney services as an attorney ad litem, demonstrating her commitment to advocating for the best interests of children in family law matters.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Jones was a domestic violence staff attorney at the Center for Arkansas Legal Services in Pine Bluff from 2020 to 2022. In this capacity, she provided legal representation and support to survivors of domestic violence, further honing her expertise in family law and domestic relations.

From 2018 to 2020, Ms. Jones worked as a litigation attorney at Leigh Law PLLC in Little Rock. There, she managed complex family law cases and developed a reputation for thorough case preparation and effective advocacy in court. Her transition into family law began in earnest during her tenure as an associate attorney at Morris Law Firm PA in Little Rock from 2017 to 2018, where she was the first chamber associate and initially handled criminal law before focusing exclusively on family law.

Ms. Jones' legal career began in 2015 as a student attorney at The John Marshall Law School Family Law and Domestic Violence Legal Clinic. This formative experience provided her with hands-on training in representing clients facing challenging family circumstances and set the foundation for her future specialization.

Throughout her career, Ms. Jones has demonstrated exceptional dedication to her profession. She is a member of the W. Harold Flowers Law Society, reflecting her commitment to professional development and engagement within the legal community. Her expertise in family law and domestic relations is widely recognized by peers and clients alike.

In addition to her professional achievements, Ms. Jones has made significant contributions through volunteerism and civic engagement. Since 2016, she has served as a resident assistant and house mom at Immerse Arkansas, where she has helped aged-out foster youth and runaway youth develop life skills and transition to independent living. She is also a volunteer ambassador at the Arkansas Foodbank, consistently logging over 100 volunteer hours annually.

Ms. Jones' academic background has been instrumental in shaping her career trajectory. She earned a Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School in 2016 which is now named UIC Law at the University of Illinois Chicago. She holds two bachelor's degrees from UA Little Rock: one in psychology and another in criminal justice, both awarded in 2008.

Committed to continuous learning, Ms. Jones has earned certifications in trial advocacy from UIC Law at the University of Illinois Chicago in 2016, as well as an attorney ad litem certification in 2018. These credentials have strengthened her litigation skills and equipped her to provide specialized representation for children involved in family law proceedings.

Ms. Jones attributes her success to hard work, dedication and genuine care for the outcomes of her clients and their families. Known early in her career as "Mrs. Overtime," she consistently demonstrated an unwavering work ethic by working late into the evening to ensure every matter was thoroughly handled. Known for her excellence in the field, Ms. Jones has been recognized through several accolades. That same year, Super Lawyers Magazine named her a "Rising Star," underscoring her growing prominence in the legal community. Additionally, during her tenure at WH Law, she was named the firm's "Hardest Worker," reflecting her exceptional commitment and work ethic.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Ms. Jones enjoys watching television and film, going to movie theaters and appreciating screenwriting and acting. Looking ahead, she plans to expand AR Family Law by hiring additional attorneys while maintaining personal involvement in cases. She aims to shift more focus toward business operations while ensuring high standards among her team of attorneys. One of her significant aspirations is to establish a supervised visitation center in Arkansas, a much-needed resource for families navigating complex custody arrangements.
