From 2018 to 2023, she served as an executive assistant to the managing partner at UHY LLP, a Certified Public Accounting Firm in New York. In this dual capacity as executive assistant and office manager for the Melville office, Ms. Laughlin played a pivotal role in expanding the office within a few years. She oversaw onboarding processes for the branch, coordinating numerous moving parts while cultivating a supportive work environment.

Ms. Laughlin's earlier career includes serving as an office manager and executive office assistant at Beme Diseño S.L. in Spain from 2015 to 2016. Between 2008 and 2011, she served as an executive administrative assistant, office manager and operations manager at Scan Modul MEDI-MATH Iberia, overseeing administrative operations across Spain and Portugal. As marketing executive assistant at Chicco España S.A. from 2007 to 2008, she supported marketing initiatives and administrative functions.

From 2006 to 2007, Ms. Laughlin worked as an executive assistant in banking and insurance at Capgemini, providing high-level administrative support in the financial sector. Her foundational experience began with roles as an administrative assistant at Exten Control from 2005 to 2006 and a logistics administrative assistant at Afina Sistemas from 2004 to 2005.
