What she has built over the course of her career is something many aspire to, but few achieve. Her success was neither inherited nor accelerated by shortcuts; it was earned through disciplined study, long hours and a steadfast belief that credibility is built on measurable results.
From 1992 to 2014, Ms. Litts served as Fixed Operations Director at Vero Beach Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge, where she managed all aspects of parts and service performance. Her leadership was marked by operational growth, accountability and a collaborative culture grounded in customer service and performance excellence. She strengthened departments by focusing on documentation accuracy, warranty compliance and continuous improvement through manufacturer training programs and performance groups.
In 2015, she independently launched QB Business Solutions, serving as president and owner. The firm operates as a three-part organization dedicated exclusively to Fixed Operations performance improvement.
