Among her most notable accomplishments was directing a symposium at the Black Leadership Forum, where she led a team of approximately 10 colleagues to deliver an event that drew roughly 450 attendees.

Ms. Thomas's academic foundation includes a bachelor's degree in legal studies with a concentration in dispute resolution and a minor in psychology from the University of New Haven, earned in 2006. Her education has been instrumental in equipping her with analytical skills and an understanding of human behavior, enabling her to manage complex projects and navigate client relationships.

Ms. Thomas's professional journey is further distinguished by her active involvement in industry organizations. She is the co-founder of the Carolinas chapter of the Black Professional Network and is a member of the National African American Insurance Association. Additionally, Ms. Thomas is engaged with the Black Leadership Forum at Prudential and the Black Leadership Team at Aon. Alongside her manager, she leads the Carolina branch and has played a pivotal role in advancing professional networks for black professionals within her field.
