Mr. Bartolomei currently serves as Director of Decision Intelligence at IHG Hotels & Resorts. In this role, he leads initiatives that translate complex commercial and market data into actionable insights. His work focuses on identifying high-value accounts, strengthening sales intelligence capabilities and embedding a data first mindset. By synthesizing complex data into clear recommendations, he helps teams prioritize opportunities, allocate resources more effectively and accelerate revenue growth.

Just prior to joining IHG Hotels & Resorts, Mr. Bartolomei held several roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co. including vice president positions spanning decision intelligence, data product management and advisory roles. And, as Chief of Staff to both the Chief Product Officer and Chief Financial Officer within the Payments Business, he supported strategic planning, operational execution and data-driven decision making. Earlier in his career, Mr. Bartolomei held analytical and pricing roles at Avis Budget Group where he developed expertise in financial analysis, pricing strategy and operational optimization. Prior to Avis Budget Group Mr. Bartolomei was an intern at Morgan Stanley and Bank of New York Mellon.

Mr. Bartolomei's academic background has been foundational to his professional development. He earned a Master of Business Administration from Montclair State University in Montclair, New Jersey, in 2017, after receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh in 2011. His Finance degree included studying abroad through the Semester at Sea program an experience that broadened his perspective on international markets and cultures.

Beyond his professional work, Mr. Bartolomei is committed to community service. He volunteers in local food rescue initiatives and farmers' market programs and personally donates food through Hunters for the Hungry.

Born in New Jersey, Mr. Bartolomei enjoys playing chess, traveling and exploring diverse cuisines.
