In addition to these tasks, he conducts cost analyses of production lines, calculates run rates and variances, assesses operational efficiency by determining bottlenecks, assists the product innovation team with production costs and market pricing assessments, and collaborates with procurement to analyze market trends affecting the Profit/Loss statement. Achieving this level of responsibility at the age of 35 within six years in the industry stands as Mr. Taylor's most notable accomplishment.

Earlier in his career, from 2022 to 2025, Mr. Taylor served as a Plant Controller in Edenton, North Carolina with the same manufacturing company. In this role, he was instrumental in streamlining financial processes for the facility while supporting operational improvements through detailed cost analysis and budget management. Prior to working in Accounting/Finance within Food Manufacturing, Mr. Taylor worked as a Staff Accountant within a publicly traded energy manufacturing organization, from 2021 to 2022. There, he contributed to the company's financial reporting accuracy by managing account reconciliations, overseeing inventory counts, and supporting audit preparations.

Likewise, from 2020 to 2021, Mr. Taylor was an Accounting Technician at a North Carolina Community College managing their payroll and accounts payable departments. His experience also includes serving as a Fiscal Administrator for a non-profit community organization from 2019 to 2020. During this period, he managed grant funding allocations and oversaw budgetary controls for various community programs.

Mr. Taylor's academic background includes earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a Concentration in Entrepreneurship, from North Carolina Wesleyan University in 2015.
